Dros y 2-3 wythnos diwethaf, mae cynnydd wedi bod yn nifer y disgyblion sy’n cyrraedd yr ysgol yn hwyr. Mae cyrraedd yn brydlon yn ofyniad cyfreithiol a rhaid i ddisgyblion fynychu ar amser. Mae cyrraedd yn hwyr yn gyson yn medru cael effaith andwyol ar addysg a lles y plentyn ac mae hefyd yn amharu ar ddisgyblion a staff eraill yn y dosbarth ac ar draws yr ysgol. Os gwelwch yn dda a wnewch chi wneud pob ymdrech i gyrraedd ar amser gan gofio bod traffic yn gallu bod yn drwm yn y boreau.
Rhaid i rieni / gwarchodwyr bob disgybl sy’n cyrraedd ar ol 9:00am lenwi’r manylion perthnasol yn y system arwyddo i mewn electronig yng nghyntedd yr ysgol. Os yw’r plentyn yn cyrraedd ar ôl i’r gofrestr gael ei chwblhau yn y dosbarth a’r manylion heb eu mewnbynnu, mae’n bosib y bydd yn cael ei gofnodi fel absenoldeb diawdurdod am y sesiwn.
Os oes angen i chi gasglu eich plentyn o’r ysgol yn gynnar, a wnewch chi adael i ni wybod o flaenllaw fel fod posib i’r athro / athrawes sicrhau fod y plentyn yn barod a fod unrhywbeth sydd i fynd adref e.e. llyfrau darllen yn barod ac yna cwblhau’r daflen gadael yn gynnar sydd ar silff ffenest y swyddfa.
Over the last 2-3 weeks, there has been an increase in the number of pupils arriving late in the mornings. Punctuality is a legal requirement and pupils must attend on time. Persistent lateness has a detrimental effect on a child’s learning and well-being and also disrupts other pupils and staff within the class and throughout the school. Could you please make every effort to ensure that your child arrives in school on time, allowing enough time and take into consideration that traffic can be heavy in the mornings.
Parents and carers of all pupils that arrive after 9:00am must enter the relevant details on the new electronic signing in system in the foyer. If your child arrives after the register has been completed in the classroom and that parents or carers have not entered the details into the system, then he/she may be recorded as having an unauthorised absence for the session.
If you need to take your child out of school before the end of the day, could you please let us know beforehand so that the teacher can ensure that anything that needs to be taken home is ready i.e. reading books and complete the leaving early form that’s on the office window shelf.
