Mae dosbarth Bl 3 a 4 Llywelyn wedi bod yn gwneud prosiect ar gyfer ein thema Bwyd. Ar ôl derbyn syniadau’r plant yn ôl ynglŷn â’r hyn roeddent eisiau ei wneud, roedd un agwedd yn boblogaidd iawn. Roeddent eisiau trafod eu hoff fwyd. Penderfynom greu llyfr ryseitiau’r dosbarth, gyda phob disgybl yn cynnwys eu hoff rysait. Bu pawb yn hynod o frwdfrydig ac wrth eu bodd! Er mwyn gwneud llyfryn diddorol cysylltom gyda enwogion Cymru megis actorion a chantorion, er mwyn iddynt gynnwys eu hoff ryseitiau. Fel dosbarth rydym wedi penderfynu gwerthu’r llyfr ryseitiau er mwyn casglu arian tuag elusen o ddewis y plant. Maent wedi penderfynu casglu’r arian tuag at elusen Ty’r Eos.
Er mwyn sicrhau llyfr ryseitiau llwyddiannus, byddwn yn cysylltu gyda chwmniau lleol er mwyn gofyn am gymorth. Byddwn yn cynnwys logo a manylion cyswllt y cwmniau sydd wedi ei helpu yn y llyfr ryseitiau. Os ydych chi’n gwybod am unrhyw gwmni lleol fyddai’n hoffi bod yn rhan o’r prosiect, cysylltwch a’r ysgol, byddwn yn hynod o ddiolchgar. Drwy wneud hyn, bydd yr holl elw yn mynd i’r elusen.

Llywelyn class (Year 3 and 4) have been doing a project for their theme, food. After looking at the children’s ideas about what they wanted to do, one aspect was very popular. They wanted to discuss their favourite food. They decided to create a class recipe book for all pupils to include their favourite recipe. They were very enthusiastic and had a lot of fun! In order to make an interesting book they contacted Welsh celebrities such as actors and singers, so that they could include their favourite recipes. As a class they have decided to sell the recipe book in order to raise money towards a charity of their choice. The children decided to raise money towards Nightingale House.
To ensure a successful recipe book, we are contacting local companies to ask if they would like to contribute towards costs. We will include the logo and contact details of the supported companies in the recipe book. If you know of any local company that would like to be involved in the project, please contact the school, we would be extremely grateful. By doing this, all profits will go to the charity.
