Daeth i’n sylw nad oedd yn bosibl cyflwyno ymatebion i’n holiadur lles. Gobeithio ein bod wedi cywiro’r mater. Rydym yn gwerthfawrogi bod rhai eisoes wedi ceisio cwblhau’r holiadur ond rydym yn dal yn awyddus i fesur effaith ein Wythnos Lles. A fyddech cystal â’i gwblhau eto os gwelwch yn dda.
It has come to our attention that it wasn’t possible to submit your responses to our wellbeing questionnaire. We have hopefully rectified the issue. We appreciate that you might have already tried to complete the questionnaire but we would be grateful if you could complete it again in order for us to measure the impact of our Wellbeing Week in school.
