Er mwyn hwyluso’r broses o rannu’r adroddiadau, gwerthfawrogem pe gallech gwblhau yr holiadur byr isod, cyn gynted a phosib, yn nodi sut yr hoffech dderbyn adroddiad eich plentyn, unai drwy ebost neu drwy ei gasglu o’r ysgol. Os mai ei gasglu o’r ysgol, byddwn yn eich hysbysu drwy’r app pan fyddant yn barod.
During next week, which is the last week of the term, we will be distributing the pupils’ end of year reports to parents and carers. To make the process of sharing the reports easier, we’d appreciate if you could complete the short questionnaire below, as soon as possible, to note how you’d like to receive your child’s report, either by email or by collecting it from school. If collecting from school, we’ll let you know through the app when they’re ready for collection.
