Rydym yn gweld nifer gynyddol o ddisgyblion yn troi fyny ar ddiwedd y dydd ar gyfer y Clwb ar ol Ysgol heb archebu lle na thalu o flaenllaw drwy ParentPay. Mae hyn yn creu problemau o ran y gymharbeb staff i blant a mae dyledion yn cynyddu a ddim yn cael eu talu.
Os gwelwch yn dda a wnewch chi sicrhau eich bod yn archebu lle a thalu (dau gam arwahan) ar ParentPay os ydych am i’ch plentyn fynd i’r clwb. Os na fydd llefydd wedi eu bwcio a thalu amdanynt (onibai fod gennych drefniant mewn lle yn barod efo’r ysgol) byddwn yn ffonio rhieni ar ddiwedd y dydd i ddod i nol eu plant.
We are noticing an increasing number of pupils turning up for the After School Club at the end of the day having not been booked in nor payment being made beforehand on ParentPay. This creates issues around the correct staffing ratio for the club and debt builds on children’s accounts.
If you want your child to attend the After School Club, please ensure that you have booked in and paid through ParentPay. If places have not been booked and paid for (unless you have a previous agreement with the school), we will be phoning parents at the end of the day to come and collect their children.
